Our home inspection services are based on InterNACHI Standards of Practice.  A home inspection is a limited visual inspection of the structure and systems to determine the safety and functionality.  Home inspections are not a guarantee, but simply a snapshot of the safety and functionality at the time of inspection to help you in your decision making process.  If you'd like an even more in depth inspection we recommend adding a radon test, thermal imaging inspection and sewer scope (all of which are discounted when added to a home inspection!) to potentially uncover hidden defects that cannot be uncovered by a home inspection alone.  

We pride ourselves in offering in depth, honest home inspections for a variety of needs, including both home buyers and sellers, as well as renters and rental property owners and managers.  Since we are not contractors, we will not profit from recommending items for further evaluation or repair.  Please visit our FAQ page to learn more.

Included with all inspections, and available within 24 hours after the inspection is completed and payment is received, our reports include high-quality images and video clips so you can quickly see what's important.  Our reports are available online so you can view it from any device.  We review our findings with you after the inspection to make sure all your questions are answered.
